Why Film still wins

I impulsively bought myself an EPSON Photo Scanner to look at a bunch of old negatives I had. And after scanning, I realized how much I missed the quality that film had to offer. All your mistakes and hopes lie in this one single image. Your best guesses when shooting with aperture and shutter speed at your control. The results are haunting, exciting, and always perfectly imperfect. Had to post a couple of scans that I did from my Vietnam/China trip. It's pumping me up to whip out the Holga again while I go to Brazil. (And not to mention Korea at the end of the year).

The positive and negative. It's rather small below but its a window on one of the tiers on the Great Wall of China and it frames another extension of the wall.
